After the Legislative Session of 2021 many new laws became effective that altered the assisted living regulations. We have updated our Boot Camp on Oklahoma’s newest State Regulations.
Now, 2023 the Rules are catching up and being approved by the legislators. We have updated our binders with the most recent regulations and rules; the newest forms and guidance from the Oklahoma State Department of Health; and feed-back from course participates.
New to Oklahoma? This course is a MUST for anyone NEW to Oklahoma! Owners, VP’s, Regional Director’s of Operations & Regional Nurses - this review is designed to help you understand how to navigate and implement procedures to help with compliance in one of the most regulated states for assisted living.

Class participants will be given a crash course on Title 63:1-890 Continuum of Care and Assisted Living Act; Title 310: 663 Continuum of Care & Assisted Living Rules; Title 63:1-879 Alzheimer’s Dementia and Forms of Dementia Forms of De-mentia Special Care Disclosure Act; Title 310:673 Alz. Special Care Disclosure Rules and will bring home a binder that will quickly become a vital reference tool in day-to-day operations.
