Survey Prep II will prepare your team for what to do after you receive your statement of deficiencies. How to correctly read the scope & severity on your statement of deficiencies; write your plan of correc-tion; request an IDR; and prepare for your team for the re-visit.
Class participants will review Chapter 663 Contin-uum of Care & Assisted Living Rules and Act (surveyor edition).
