Survey Prep I - February 2 & June 1
Survey Prep I will focus on preparing your assisted living community management to prepare for their state survey and implement a program to remain prepared. Elements and tools for an effective mock survey will be reviewed to include checklists for dietary, nursing, pharmacy, personnel, and envi-ronmental services. We will also review various methods to conduct a mock survey to ensure effec-tiveness. Frequently found deficiencies will be dis-cussed as well as programs or solutions to avoid them.
